It’s always nice when Canon drops prices. The price for the Canon EOS 5D Mark III body drops $300 from $3,099 to $2,799; for a limited time, you can take off another $300, bringing it down to $2,499. And that’s not all…
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to pick up a Canon EOS 5D Mark III
or Canon EOS 6D, this is probably it – today the 5D Mark III is $600 less than it was a week ago, while the 6D is $400 less.
Canon Drops Prices on Lens Kits, Too
Care for some fries – I mean, L glass or Canon’s new full frame STM lens — with that, and you may be in luck again.
The Canon EOS 5D Mark III with Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS USM AF Lens is selling for $600 less than it was last week, too, for $3,099 (including a limited time $300 instant savings).
Same deal with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III with Canon EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM Lens: $600 less than last week (again including a limited time $300 instant savings) – $3,249.
You can combine the 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 STM Lens (pretty interesting as Canon’s first full-frame STM offering) on the Canon EOS 6D for $400 less ($100 price drop plus that instant $300 savings) – $1,799.
And if you want to trade off the STM for a wider constant aperture and the “L” appellation, try the Canon EOS 6D with the 24-105mm f/4L ($100 price drop plus that limited time, $300 instant savings) – $1,999.
These are very aggressive prices, but those instant rebates are “for a limited time,” and I have no idea how limited that time is.
Happy hunting.
